I received this headset quickly and although like most electronic devices it had a residual charge I charged the headset for several hours before using it. The cutting was very easy. The mic doesn't rotate 360 degrees, so be careful with the adjustment depending on which ear you intend to use. This is a comfortable headset that can be worn for a few hours without any serious discomfort. The sound quality and noise cancellation is excellent. The battery life is extremely long - I haven't used it for 12 hours - but I can confirm that you can use it all day without having to charge it. This is a Bluetooth headset, you not only need to connect it to the phone, you can connect it to the computer to use with the softphone.
