Complete scrap. Completely disappointed and annoyed by Joby about this robbery. Needed something for the Christmas holidays as I left mine at home. That was all they had in mind. Perfect shit. It can't properly support the weight of the Galaxy S20+ without a lot of force on the lock nut. The twist lock at the top doesn't work properly and keeps falling off. It's really small - not very useful either as a selfie stick or as a tripod. The remote connected slowly and didn't work half the time. It's disgusting that Joby would have the gall to charge 60 for this nonsense. Do yourself a favor and buy one of these cheap generic Chinese drugs. Don't buy into that overpriced crap. The only pros are: 1) the materials feel nice, 2) the phone mount easily fits larger phones. But it doesn't justify the price.
