Review on Logitech M590 Multi-Device Silent Mouse by Kichiro Diaz ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I like everything, the quality is good and the price is reasonable.

I bought a Logitech M535 instead (which I really liked) to work with a PC on win10 and a macbook at the same time. I connected to the macbook via bluetooth (the software for setting the keys is cool), to the PC via the radio channel. Switching is very fast, no glitches at all. But I liked the M535 more in terms of tactile sensations - a more obvious click, and it seems to be "more accurate" (although the characteristics of the mice are the same) But in general, I am very satisfied, a great option for working on two devices + suitable for both Windows and Macos. Another good utility Logitech Flow - allows you to copy text and files between devices if they are on the same local network. Cool feature, works without glitches. But for the full-fledged operation of the utility, it is desirable to have the same multi-device keyboard from the loggia - then it will be very convenient.

Pros
  • Fast and stable switching between two devices Gorgeous software for Mac, customizable keys for a bunch of different actions Quiet Work on both bt and radio transmitter The Logitech Flow utility is a cool thing, I advise you to try it after purchase
Cons
  • Sometimes the signal disappears, "comes to life" after a couple of seconds (the battery is fresh) The silence of the click is achieved by a not pleasant tactile response - as if you are pressing some kind of rubberized button. Strange feeling, but you get used to it.

Got pros: Comfortable and quiet mouse. Works well on different surfaces. Quiet buttons. Works simultaneously on two computers. Some cons: Looks cheap and feels cheap too. I think the price is too high.

Got pros: Two computers - one mouse. Button switching. It sits comfortably in the hand. Satisfied. With its cons. More of a wish than a flaw. It would be cool to have a built-in battery, like Apple's, so as not to bother with replacing batteries.
