Overall, you get what you paid for. This is a very light and compact monopod. The retractable segments of the stem itself move smoothly and make adjustments easier, but the top camera mount is terrible. The shoe that attaches to the camera attaches very loosely to the top of the monopod. Both front-to-back and side-to-side movements are an issue if you expect a stable shooting platform. It does make a tolerable cane, however. Save your money and buy something better, you won't regret not having it. It's inexpensive, and if you only want limited functionality, that might be fine.
