Really nice pitcher, beautifully sculpted design and honestly the BEST and most comfortable handle I've seen from Revain but. inside is a tiny speck at the bottom where I can see the silvery metal. It's also not soldering. It's metal and shouldn't be there. And that made me think it was solid copper. The bottom and sides are "stitched" which is also an issue. So I ordered and received another jug from Artisans Anvil, here at Revain, which is seamless at the base, unfortunately with a flat uncomfortable handle, but looks like copper would be better and just as nice, and the whole jug seems so to be solid. Copper and better weight too. I would add that in my opinion nobody makes really good quality copper jugs like the thicker copper you see at craft fairs or the older copper jugs which were thick and heavy.
