I bought them to wear under my work clothes and I don't really feel the difference between them and a normal layer of clothing under my work clothes I don't understand that the first day I tested them I was wearing regular leggings (put them on in a hurry) so I put them on the next day and felt no difference. The shirt doesn't keep me warm and I only deal with 50 degree weather so it's not very cold. They are very soft and comfortable and make great pajamas, they just don't work for what I need them for. They also shrunk in the wash, although I followed the instructions exactly. It's not a big deal for me because I'm very small so they shrunk to a size that fits me, but I think it's going to be a problem for people.
