The fan fits exactly as it should and works well, but the wires on the connector were installed opposite my existing wires on the originally installed fan. I had to unplug the wires from the connector on the replacement fan and switch the wires to the other side of the connector to make it work. What a PIA! If I ever have to do it again, I'll just cut the old wires and connect them to the new wires to avoid the hassle of the connector itself. It's almost impossible to remove and swap out the cables if you don't have the right tools to do it, and how many of us have those tools? - and if you don't, there's a good chance you'll damage the connectors at the end of the cable. I finally got it right, but it took me a lot more effort than it should have.
