First of all, the tape recorder comes in a nice, durable plastic protective sleeve. I was worried about where I would store this, but since it comes in its own case, it fits easily on my tool rack. Inside the case is a tape recorder, an instruction manual that seems clear and concise. There are also two distinctive wheels. One for regular letters and numbers, the second for the reverse image. Finally, there is a roll of aluminum tape and a roll of stainless steel tape. I was impressed with this package as I was expecting to receive only a tape recorder and nothing else. the first metal tape recorder, using cheap plastic versions of the Dymo for many years. I doubted the price but now that I have it in my hands I believe it's worth the money. It seems built for the long haul.
