I do CrossFit regularly 4-5 times a week and use a pair of these knee pads to prevent injuries. I ordered size M (5ft 7in, 150lbs) and they fit well, keep my knees warm and help compress after a WOD. They are easy to put on and take off, making them comfortable for multiple movements. High quality material, tight seams. I had another pair of branded knee pads that started falling apart after a week. I've worn them for various squats (front, back, pistol), box jumps, etc. and they still look and feel like new. For this reason I bought my wife a pair of size S. I will recommend it to friends.
