Keytas Online Store: A Frustration Lesson

I had great expectations for Keytas' online store, but sadly, it disappointed me in every way. Their website is a complete chaos, to start. It moves slowly, has bugs, and is challenging to use. Definitely not user-friendly. However, their customer support is even worse. It was like pulling teeth to get an answer when I had a problem with my order. When I did eventually get in touch with someone, they were unhelpful and seemed unconcerned with my issue. To make matters worse, the goods I got were of poor grade. The phone case didn't even correctly fit my phone, and the accessories were flimsy and of low quality. It appeared as though they were marketing imitations of the genuine article. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with Keytas' online shop. As a life guide, I constantly emphasize the value of providing excellent customer service and high-quality goods, but sadly, Keytas fell short in both areas. Shop elsewhere to avoid the aggravation.
