I bought this seal pillow during quarantine hoping it would bring some much needed joy to my lonely quarantine existence. I thought I would get a sweet, loving seal who would greet me with open flippers for a daily hug. The smile on his face in the promotional photos warmed my cold heart and I just knew we would be friends forever. Unfortunately, what I received was slightly different from the Amazon photos. Maybe it was the sealed vacuum bag, but it could also be my way of handling the situation. The seal I received isn't as inviting as I initially thought. The face of the very judgmental pillow seal looks at me daily now with disgust and almost a touch of attitude. I hate going so far as to say he's too smug to want me to snuggle up to him. I still give this pillow 5 stars because he's a fat boy and I just can't be mad at him.
