I like that it's easy to use, has all of my favorite features including backups and restores, file sharing with other users in different locations etc., can be accessed via mobile app for those who want this feature, price point very reasonable compared to competition when used properly. Not much dislike about anything at present time! We are able to easily access files from anywhere we have an internet connection using their web portal or phone apps. Backups happen seamlessly without any user intervention required.
