Pretty, simple, durable for all season. I didn't use a plastic straw for several years and then decided that a paper straw might be a safe and viable alternative. I know that they are more environmentally friendly and mostly biodegradable. So if, after being rejected, I decide to add a straw to this homemade smoothie, I don't feel terrible knowing how I'm harming the environment and the animals that call them home.
