Great ergonomic mesh chair at an affordable price with great customer service. My chair had a small tear in one of the armrests and after emailing Kolliee customer service I received an email the same day saying they would send me a new armrest. I couldn't have asked for better support for my problem. The chair doesn't have the wide adjustments that you see on more expensive chairs, but it has all the adjustments I need and is fairly comfortable. The seat hasn't given me any problems so far, which I can't say about other chairs. I really like the padding on the armrests, they are soft but not too much. I'm quite tall (6ft 4in / 193cm) so the height adjustable headrest is a little from what I would have preferred, but I lean a lot and the headrest is removable and adjustable to recline when needed. So definitely not a big deal for this price. Anyone under 6 feet 2 inches or so should be fine. Assembly was very easy as all tools and hardware (even extra hardware) were included. These were my first thoughts as I haven't had a chair for too long, but I'll add more as things change/appear. So far I'm glad I didn't spend another $200 on other, more popular, ergonomic mesh chairs and hopefully this chair will last.
