Extremely disappointed with this product. I charged it for over 2 hours (maybe 7 hours). I connected it to my new laptop. When I plugged in the USB it made a sound. I waited and waited and nothing! I waited for the driver and found the mouse and nothing! I tried this on my old laptop and the same thing happens. Then my husband tried to help me, played with it for a while and couldn't get it to work. He got angry and angry and threw it in the trash. What a waste of money seriously. I received a bad defective item. Now I have to find and order a new one. This time I will order Microsoft or Logitech, they are more reliable.
