Update: My car mount broke but it happens. So here are my tips for the customer support experience I just had: Thank you Erica for the great customer service! Not only did you respond quickly to my email regarding a defective item, you were kind and accommodating and shipped a free replacement to my home within a day. I'm always afraid to contact customer support at any company because usually the attitude and total lack of communication skills aren't worth the disappointment! Needless to say I am completely blown away by the great customer experience Erica showed me, at least I know there are good people out there! Kudos to you Erica for a great customer experience! This is by far the easiest phone mount I have ever installed! The cup holder design is very simple and convenient. The best part is you don't have to wait 24 hours to use it like most others who use glue, it can be used immediately after installation. Great product and price!
