If I were to make this product I would make the steel a little thicker and the lid a little stronger - my phenolic handle twists a bit and I don't want to tighten the nut anymore afraid to crack them. I have to say that the swan neck strudel creates a world of difference for my tea leaves and my taste. I always thought that was hype. The kettle heats up to temp. I even boil eggs by pouring them over and sealing them with a silicone lid to protect them from the heat in a 1 liter steel pot. The funnel holds the eggs together in a tight oval. wild, right? No need to light gas burners in the morning!
