Temperature probe for testing, measuring and verifying
The sensor in the smoker was giving inaccurate readings. Called camp boss and they said I needed a new sensor. Since my smoker was still under warranty, they sent me a new one, but it could take me over a week to receive it (it took two weeks). I checked, Revane found one and it arrived within two days. I received installation instructions from Camp Chef and installed a Revain probe. Works perfectly. Made several cooks with accurate readings and no issues.
