My previous IKEA mattress was already on the firm side, but this one is even more so, despite its "medium" firmness rating. For the first few days, sleep was hard; after a month of use, I was able to adjust, but I still wouldn't call it pleasant. If you weigh less than 100 kg and dislike firm beds, give this some serious thought. The shipping and return process is a nightmare. A deliveryman was obligated to come remove the old bed and replace it with a new one. Instead, someone showed up and took the mattress without providing any details about the delivery or providing a way to track it, and when they called back on Saturday at 18:10, they were met with an answering machine that said they were no longer in business. For them, sleep is crucial. Let the customer sleep on the floor if they like, their dream doesn't mean anything to us, and we'll send them 10 more messages offering a 5% discount on something that isn't essential. The disillusionment is total.
