I love this pen holder. It fits perfectly and charges my pen without taking it off. I don't understand how people can say their pencils don't charge with this case. It works great on mine. You want to line up the flat part of the cover with the flat part of the pencil. The first thing I did was put it on my iPad and it grabbed it and started charging. Ignore the people in rating 1 or 2. They just didn't know how to use it or wanted their money back. It works great and the cat and bunny ears are so cute.
