I was very happy with this purchase! We removed the microwave/hood to make room. I was a bit hesitant because we use the microwave every day to heat milk or leftovers, melt butter, defrost, etc. But it's never BIG and we don't usually cook in it. So I decided to try this little mic in our pantry and it worked great. There were bad ratings in some reviews, especially for the cooking time. So I was expecting it to take a little longer to warm things up, which is true. Obviously it will be a little less powerful than a regular oven. So instead of heating milk for a latte in 1:30, it takes about 2 minutes. Or a skillet that used to take 2 minutes and now takes 3. But that's fine with me. I'm much happier when my kitchen is more open and that little gem is tucked away in the pantry. Features I like: The door handle is easy to use and preferable to push button opening; I can turn off the beep; it's quiet and the buttons for popcorn, defrost, etc. are easy to use and accurate.
