Easy to use and the display is easy to read but the big downside is that you can measure either temperature or time but not both at the same time. simultaneously. There's a toggle switch on the back to toggle between them, but toggling back and forth between time and temperature will reset the counter. I also compared the temperature readings with two other thermometers and this instrument differed by 4 degrees. I do not recommend. The best part is that the sensors fit my old polder so I made at least two new temperature sensors out of them and they seem to be of good quality. Pay me (up to $50) to remove my rating or change it to 5 stars. I downgraded my rating to 1 star. This is an unethical business practice with which I do not agree.
