I was really aback by the significant quantity of high marks that the camera received. I went to the Samsung forums as soon as I realized there was a problem with the camera so that I could learn what I had been doing incorrectly. And I was unpleasantly surprised by the number of negative references specifically about the camera, anger, and the desire to smash the phone against the wall after using it for a month. All of these things were mentioned after using the phone for a month. Unfortunately, I met the same untimely end as you. It is true that this is a reasonably priced smartphone; however, first, there are others that are even less expensive, and second, just because it is sold at this price does not imply that the purchaser is required to patiently put up with all of the latencies. I'll make a brief comment about how sluggish the system is, but it's important to note that this is a highly relative quality; what one person considers to be slow another may consider to be fast, and vice versa. But. When the camera not only slows down, but also delays the picture by one to two seconds, which, of course, makes things worse since. After two seconds, the person in the frame blinks, which causes the frame to no longer look the same. This is especially problematic when shooting a child. The photo's overall quality is appallingly low-resolution. It's comparable to a 2 or 4 megapixel camera (the lenses are rubbed, if anything). After then, the camera started acting in the following manner: as usual, you switch it on, click on "take a picture," and it does not simply hang; instead, the screen blinks and it "drops." The video is recorded every other time, and just recently, the extravaganza-phone itself arbitrarily cut off the video I shot. This means that the shooting continued for a certain number of seconds, but when I checked the gallery, there was only a total of four seconds recorded. Memory is not the issue, as there is plenty of it available. I thought the camera on my previous Samsung A6 was "so-so," so there it at least functioned perfectly! Because one of the most significant features of a current smart phone is the ability to take images of some quality, but at the very least, capture them, I emphatically do not advocate purchasing this model. After looking around in the forums, I was able to determine that this is a significant issue. And you can bet that I changed the settings on the phone as well as the camera. Did not help. Someone suggests getting in touch with a service center. But, I am unable to go even a single day without using my phone because so many of my responsibilities, including my job and my passwords, are stored on it. Thus, I shall carry on experiencing pain. And next time bypass Samsung for a kilometer. I apologize for the lengthy correspondence.
