Exactly what I needed.
Needed to install a 32 inch TV in my laundry room and this one works great. a secure place to attach to the ceiling. In my case I managed to find one of the ceiling joists. Please note that due to the weight of the TV, the mount has a tendency to tip slightly off-centre. Therefore, position the upper pivot point as perpendicularly as possible to the front of the television so that adjustments can be made easily.
