Review on PILPOC Fube Infinity Cube: Premium Aluminum Desk Toy With Exclusive Case For Stress Relief, Ideal For ADD, ADHD, And OCD - Gold by Ryan Dot

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Worked fine for 6 months, then broke - Replacement received

Update 2: Pilpoc reached out to me and replaced the first broken cube free of charge. Perfect timing because the self-bought replacement just broke. These cubes have the best feel, and they're manufactured well enough, but the brass pins are simply too soft to hold up for more than a few months of regular use. 5 stars for the toy as it comes out of the box, minus 2 stars for both of them coming apart after 6 months.-------Update: Received the silver cube I bought to replace the first cube, and one of the rivets has a chip out of it (see picture). I'm not sure if that was the same issue as my original cube or not, but I'm happy for now. I'll report back if it breaks at that rivet.----------I've enjoyed this toy since I bought it just over 6 months ago. It had loosened up a bit as I wore it in, but still functioned just fine until today. I wasn't super happy with how much of the paint wore off, but that was a minor complaint. Today, one of the heads came off a rivet in one of the connectors, making the cube unusable. I don't think I was abusive to the toy or anything, and certainly didn't expect it to fail like this. It gets regular use when I'm on phone calls, flipping it open and closed in my hand while listening. I'm not throwing it or anything like that.I'll buy another one because I enjoyed this one so much, but 6 months is pretty sad durability for an all-metal design.
