Works great! However, the range is poor. My home office is no more than 30 feet from the kitchen and it starts crackling halfway. :( However, being within range, people on the other end confirm that my voice is clear, there is little to no background noise. I use this with Lync 2013 via my MAC (connected via USB) and iPhone 6Plus (via Bluetooth connected) ) and perfectly compatible. If you use Lync for work, I would recommend downloading the full Lync client to your physical computer (outside VPN/VDI etc.) and setting the headset as your primary Lync communication device. I didn't. I need to change the volume settings on my MAC to play audio between Lync calls through the MAC. I don't have a physical desk phone so I couldn't use this feature.
