The product is faulty in some way, I definitely won't buy it again.
overall, I'm disappointed; it's fine; they gave it away; they didn't buy it; it does the basics (web browsing; media playback and storage); and that's about it. A frequent user. As for speed, it's fine; nothing out of the ordinary, and I haven't noticed any difference between this laptop and a lenovo state employee costing $300-$400 (B50-B70) (unless the disk is slow there, which hasn't changed yet, ndd). - If you see a decrease in speed after turning on Wi-Fi, try turning it off, waiting a few minutes, and then turning it back on. Sorry, I just haven't given it a shot yet. Even if you're not actively using your laptop, its cooling system will activate and begin processing heat generated by your body as soon as you open a browser tab. The cooler makes plenty of a racket. If they believe this to be true, then they should bring it with them to the service. Simple to stain.
