Doesn't support some older 2.5 " and 3.5 " IDE drives

The product doesn't live up to its promise:1. It does not support 2.5 inch IDE drives. The top of the drive connector in the box is flush with the plastic shroud and there is no way to insert a drive into the slots. It would work if the notch around the plug was bigger. (see pictures) 2. It doesn't support all 3.5 inch IDE drives. This is because the edge of the connector is too close to the groove wall. So if your older IDE drives have a larger gap between the connector and the edge of the hard drive, it won't fit. (See photo)
