To replace my shattered Honor 8X, I purchased this smartphone from Amazon on September 19th; nevertheless, any benefits it may have are negated by its extremely poor battery. which, under even the lightest load, begins to rapidly lose charging percentages; this is either a feature of this Samsung model or a faulty battery; power saving mode is turned on; bluetooth, jps, 5G, and mobile data are all turned off. I get that the Samsung has a more potent processor and camera, but with a declared battery capacity of 5000 mA, such a rapid discharge even under gentle conditions of use ruins the entire purchase experience, especially when compared to the previous phone, which had a much smaller battery capacity and a much higher load. The consultant at the store assured me that there are three slots, two for a SIM and a separate one for a memory card, but when I got it home and installed two SIM cards, I realized that they had simply deceived me. In addition, the charger is sold separately. Overall, this phone has been a huge letdown for me.
