A big problem, but otherwise works well so far

At first we had problems to receive the package but I will not include them in the review. That was taken care of. It's been a few weeks, and the biggest problem is that the cover of the mode dial - which you choose to grill, grill, bake or keep warm - has come off. You can still rotate the dial, but you can't figure out which setting is on without guesswork ("That's definitely a skewer, so I have two more markers to turn.") Because of that, it feels pretty cheap. . Not to mention the fear of durability, the skewer works well and doesn't make the mess in the oven like I feared. The bottom drawer is great for toasting and crunchy dishes. You can't use both at the same time, but I learned a trick: if the garlic toast butter is too cold to spread, I can put some bread on top with an iron while, say, the lasagna bakes. The oil soaks up well. So it's still something of a heat box. I wish there was a different oven rack. If this stays that way, we will be very satisfied.
