I was able (kinda) to get the item to work properly, but I couldn't line up all the screw holes. I have 400mm x 300mm mounting holes on the back of my TV (or vice versa). The same holes advertised for this product will fit. It's Toshiba so I trust they got the holes right rather than assuming this $26 product had them right and Toshiba didn't. (In other words, I didn't break the tape measure.) Bottom line, I got 7 screws out of 8 to install the brackets to the main mounting plate, but the last one didn't fit. I suppose I can work with it since the TV isn't that heavy, but if it were a brand new $1100 TV I wouldn't be happy with this product.
