Wow! . I used to have a fireplace, now I live in a maisonette and miss my fireplace. I have an electric fireplace that looks really good, but something is missing. That smell of burning wood. I wanted something that smelled like real fire, not perfume or air freshener. What could be nicer than the smell of burning wood than an incense stick and that's ok, I inhaled the aroma and thought that was it. Smells like a cozy fireplace. It's not a sweet smell, nor is it an overwhelming amount of smoke. I can't wait to try other woody scents. The sticks are smaller than regular incense sticks and thinner. It comes with a tiny ceramic coaster, but I prefer a small Japanese teacup or a pretty little bowl half-filled with sand, rice, or fine crumbs. And put incense sticks in the bowl. It's beautiful and I don't have to worry about it tipping over. I have two cats and they seem to love it too. Right now one of my cats is rubbing her face on the incense burner so I definitely want to make sure it's held securely while it's burning. I am very happy with this product and will be buying more soon.
