Not much, I think the interface is very nice and there are some helpful modules that you can use with your organisation. As an employer, it's not cheap to set up and maintain and you're only using it for 8 hours per day. If you have employees all over the world, this might be a good fit for you. Have an in-house trainer who can train people properly and who knows what they're doing. I want to be able to share my expertise but I'm restricted to using the system as little as possible because it costs too much.
