I recently had a pain in my neck from holding a desk phone and I looked at this before but I didn't think it was worth it, I was wrong. It's as simple as plugging your phone into the back and selecting Bluetooth from the menu. It works great. I can get up on longer calls, walk around the printer without trying to tug on the cord, or use the terrible speakerphone feature. If you have a Yealink T46G, you will be very glad you did! (I didn't buy a Yealink headset, I use regular Bluetooth headphones that connect to other brands.)
