I love that it has a dual timer, each one lasts up to 99 hours! I use both timers at the same time quite often. It comes with two Bursto AAA batteries. It can be hung on the wall, it has a small thing that folds open with a hole in it so you can hang it on a nail or fold it back, or you can put it on a hard surface like before. stand / easel. It has two 9mm diameter round built-in magnets if you want to put it on the fridge, but they are a bit flimsy. The timer moves down a few inches when you first turn on the refrigerator. It weighs 2.7 ounces. with batteries and it's a bit heavy for what it is and could use an extra magnet or two.
