The touchscreen is awesome. The Android Auto feature is fantastic. The quality of the phone calls is just crappy. Not sure if it's the included external mic or devices. I bought 2, one for each of our machines. Callers complained that I sounded like I was in a tunnel with little to no interference. I have emailed customer support regarding the issue and am awaiting a response to see if I will update this review. To update. I downgraded it one star because my kid's iPhone works great with it. I don't use Apple, I have a Note 20 Ultra and so does my wife and it doesn't seem to work with them, tried different cables, looked for settings and waited for a response from tech support. This is by email ONLY. It sucks. To update. Email support was very quick for an email. Problems with Bluetooth apparently with my Note 20 ultra phone. The company emailed me that they were working on a firmware update and would be purchasing the same model of phone to test with. That's cool.
