Technical support is worse than a non-working product.
I have it. Looked new but wouldn't turn on. I ordered a replacement hoping it was an accident, I'll come back to comment anyway, probably lol. Tech support didn't help much. They couldn't get in touch with the manufacturer and insisted I was being stupid and said I had to make sure I hooked everything up correctly (which I did, there are literally 2 very different cables and inputs for them, plus I'm not a techie, but I'm not an idiot, I know how to attach). Tech support made me feel stupid even though I know I'm not. To be honest the support was even worse than the broken product.
