I especially like how easy it is for our team members who are in different locations around the world (iPad/mobile)to access all of this data when they need help solving an issue from home! Nothing yet but we have only been using since early July '17 so there has not really been enough time to use everything out tool set within their platform.

We're able solve issues before customers even realize something went wrong if one person can't get online due too internet speed problems then customer experience suffers which leads them away once again. This allows us as support staff to be proactive instead reactive giving great service overall while reducing costs by resolving tickets quickly without having users wait days sometimes weeks after submitting ticket until resolution gets back into hands.
