I'm 5" tall, 1,115 lbs, average to athletic build. sit seamlessly at the waist. I wouldn't say they have a lot of tummy control, but they're still flattering. They go just above the navel and I have a slightly long torso. This may bother some people but I really don't mind adjusting my leggings, I usually adjust my leggings even if they stay in place. The pockets fit well and it is unlikely that any of them will fall out. They come down to my ankle and aren't too tight or too loose, they're something like space colored leggings beyond yoga but with a solid color.
