I liked the volume of 1 liter - ideal for starting storage

The container is very small, just what I wanted. I tried to take a picture to show how small it is by placing it next to a liter jar and King Arthur's flour jug. I bought the RFSC1PP190 cover and it fits perfectly. I originally intended to buy a container to use for my starter container. which is on the counter, but I keep my appetizer in the fridge because I need a break. I actually bought a standard KAF dough riser bucket which is perfect for serving the appetizer and leaving it on the counter. Your prices are really high. I've seen them on sale for less than $2, but shipping wasn't included back then.
