Amazing product - worth buying
I had owned this product for about 9 months and use it all the time. I have curly long hair and always love the results! I love how it's gentle to my hair and takes less time which I love. I recently experienced a problem with the wiring where the flat iron would not stay on and contacted Nition customer service. I learned the iron has a 2 year warranty and I gave my customer service rep. Rain my order number that I purchased through Best Buy and within a week I received my new replacement. Rain was so professional and handled the whole issue in a timely manner - I was very pleased.
