Keeps my bread fresh!
I tried different ways to keep homemade bread fresh and to avoid as much plastic as possible. The canvas bags I bought were very good and kept the bread out of the light but still dried out almost immediately. I saw that Bee's Wrap reusable bread wrap was the size of a bread pan, so I gave it a try. I know I haven't worked with it long enough to use it easily, but the piece is big enough to wrap completely around a loaf, and two days later my bread was as fresh as it was baked. I don't necessarily like "soft" bread, but with three little ones it's important at this stage and this pack allows me to bake simple bread and keep it fresh for them.
