Review on FreedConn Motorcycle Bluetooth Helmets by Michael Duman

First of all I would like to say that the communication with the seller was excellent. They emailed me after ordering the helmets saying that if there were any fit issues they could send me a new liner to increase or decrease the size. The helmet I am reviewing (mine) fits as expected. Mrs.'s was too loose. I emailed them (Sunday) and about 3 days later we received a new liner. The helmet was still too big, but the communication with the seller was very good. I didn't have much time with the Bluetooth part, but I did see where battery life was an issue. While testing mine I thought I had disabled it, but I didn't. After an hour I noticed that the blue light was still on. I turned it off again and this time the blue light stayed off. I think others may have done the same and not noticed the blue light which probably would have killed the battery. The helmet came with the gloves pictured. I ordered a large helmet and it came with large gloves. I would like to order extra large gloves but the large ones are close enough and I really wasn't expecting it. I think the helmet is great value for money. Another note: there was a protective film on the built-in sunscreen. It was hard to see him, but he was there. Some have complained about display distortions, which makes me wonder if they noticed the screen protector as much as I did. Once the film was removed, the distortion disappeared. I called my phone after strapping it to my helmet and felt that if I needed to take a call while I wasn't home, it would be more than enough. Having to return the helmet to Frau we didn't really get to try the intercom but if it works like a phone call the volume and clarity should be ok. but I don't care because I drive it all the time. The same applies to the helmet that replaces it. So far I am very happy with my new helmet.
