Works very well at first. I bought this for my husband who has very badly cracked feet from wearing work boots 90% of the time. He's had it for a few months now, less than a year, and things are going badly. You have to let it die completely and then just charge it until the green light comes on. Any extra time and it won't work properly. I will consider replacing it as it has a one year warranty. Update later as it happens.
