Has some pros: Lamps are like lamps. I didn’t notice more light from ordinary H4. They shine a little further and no better, the low beam is ordinary yellowish, the far white. With its cons: I installed them and there was no wow effect at all. They shine like ordinary lamps, so don't worry about buying them, buy ordinary ones and ride.
