I was skeptical about using this product but am amazed at the results after the first use. I have bleached my hair about 5 times in the last year after running out of color and reverting to my natural brown hair color. Over time my hair turned coppery in color due to previous hair dyes and how much my hair was lifted. Before use, the bottom half of my hair was brown but with a distinct orange tint. I left the shampoo on for 10 minutes in the middle and at the end to maximize results. The shampoo is dark blue in color and appears to be of great quality (plus it smells great!). My hair is not 100% brass free but it definitely turns a cooler ash brown color after one use. Try it!
