Works painlessly! Came in a tightly sealed package with an alcohol swab. I made sure to wash my hands and disinfect the area where I wanted the piercing and the piercing needle. I marked where I wanted and then slowly and carefully placed the gun and then pushed hard on the gun until it broke. Did! A few tips: Make sure the weapon is exactly where you want it before you start pressing. Once you start pushing, join in! Don't stop and don't hesitate. Press quickly and firmly. I think this is where people fail and you end up not even finishing getting your nose pierced. I definitely didn't want that to happen! It's not spring loaded, so you push it all the way. As long as you walk fast and don't hesitate, it won't hurt as much. It was like a strong injection and then the pain went away. Bought to pierce my nose. It didn't hurt as much as going to the store to have it done. I will definitely buy one of these again if I fancy another piercing.
