CABLE 2/2 NOT WORKING

I bought these chargers a few months ago for an old iPad. Took them out of the box today and both chargers don't work. I thought it might be an iPad, but I borrowed a cable from a friend, and those aren't iPads, they're charging cables. Super disappointed. Both 2 don't work. It's too late to return.
