Fabric: very thick fabric, a bit like plastic. Works well to block out the sun but is not very breathable/cool. In hot summer, it will be too hot to wear. Design: very nice color pattern. I actually like the shimmer. Fit: They run smaller for the same size compared to the Columbia shirts I bought years ago. More recently, however, Columbia has been making oversized shirts for about a decade. These sun shirts are true to size. They are a little tight at the top. If you have large breasts or a bulky top, you may need to go taller. Conclusion: A good shirt for sun protection when fishing or mostly standing up, but I can't imagine walking in it - too hot and not breathable. .
