I was looking for a smaller backpack. The backpack had to meet the following specifications: β’ Small but not too small β’ Side pockets large enough to securely store a 20 ounce mug or water bottle β’ Small zippered front pocket for quick storage of small items β’ External port for charging port β’ Inside pocket for battery β’ Space for tablet β’ Inside pockets for storing small items such as pens β’ Modern and simple look β’ High-quality water- and dirt-repellent material β’ Easy to take with you, luggage belt required β’ Gray β’ Inexpensive. Mode: A-1. Color gray. I quickly realized that finding a small backpack with the same characteristics would not be easy. I've read hundreds of reviews, looked at tons of photos, and looked through hundreds of styles. I even bought another backpack; Only to be disappointed with the size. It seemed that all the smaller backpacks were small in height but quite large in width. In general, I could find a smaller backpack, but it would stick out like a tortoise shell. It looked like I was carrying a kid's backpack. I also noticed that one of the toughest features on my list would be the front zip pocket. Most backpacks that had a zippered front pocket protruded quite a bit because the pockets were too deep. I also had a hard time finding a backpack with a luggage strap. I quickly realized that finding a backpack with the above characteristics would be a very difficult task. then I found this bag. I read the reviews and tried to identify any issues that appeared to be a design flaw or a manufacturer issue. I've seen many complaints that it's not waterproof. It's not waterproof. However, it is waterproof. Water/liquid drips off. I bought the A-1 Gray. This company sells several different models, and it seems that all reviews are lumped together. This causes some confusion when reading reviews on a specific model. Another common question was whether it has a luggage strap as shown in the photos. Model A-1 has a luggage strap. Looks like it's learning too. The side pockets are large enough to hold a 20 ounce steel mug. Hard, but it works. I like the fact that he's holding it tight. It definitely fits bottled water. Inside the side side pocket was a small strap with a USB charging port. This is handy for keeping the phone safe while charging. Inside there is a pocket for a power bank. The backpack is connected to the USB port for the power bank. That worries me a little. I don't know how long it will take. If it stops working, the USB port is useless. So far it works great. This backpack has a small front pocket with a zipper. Ice for chewing gum and sunglasses. It also has two large zipped compartments. The smaller front compartment has pockets for storing pens and other small items, and then there is a main zipped compartment for all your larger items like a laptop or tablet. Many backpacks of this type only have one large compartment. I like this function very much. My iPad fits perfectly in my laptop bag. The Velcro keeps it in place. Although there is no lining below. I hear the sound of the bottom of the tablet hitting the floor when I put it down. Not a big problem considering the backpack meets all other requirements. I just put some rolled up fabric on the bottom to soften it. I also keep a protective case on my iPad and I'm careful with my backpack so it's not a deal breaker. The only problem this backpack has so far is that it can fall off. It doesn't stand on its own, when you sit on it it falls forward. It can rise if the floor is full and contains something heavier like a laptop. I see this as a minor inconvenience rather than a major problem. I just lean it against a wall or chair when I sit down. Some other reviews stated that the backpack had a strong "smell". To be honest, mine just smelled like new to me. The smell went away after a few days. It wasn't a bad smell, it just smelled new. I've tried to take into account the positive aspects of this by considering an alternative. Except for a few small and easy to fix issues, this backpack is really good! It ticks all the other boxes I need for a functional, compact, and neat/modern looking backpack. This is not an expensive, high-end, high-tech backpack. If you expect it, you will be disappointed. This is a really good backpack, especially considering the price! You can't buy a Toyota and expect it to have Tesla performance. I would recommend this backpack to anyone looking to downsize but still have room for everything they need. I've been wearing this backpack for several weeks now. I have also traveled with him several times. If I ever have an issue with this backpack I will come back and update my review.
